The sample data shown in our interactive previews updates as our founding demo cohort grows. Every change to those numbers is logged here.

The venue side grew up. Venues now get a real-time Overview built on their own live data, a Tonight board that shows patrons checking in as they scan (new vs. returning) with pending merch orders and one-tap house drawings, and a Stage Screen for the house TV — a giant QR with a live patron counter and a synced winner reveal. Also new: a print-ready Poster Studio for the bar, door, and tables; a first-patron-of-the-night email; a weekly digest upgraded with returning-visitor rate, your best night, and your new patrons attached as a CSV; a shareable weekly recap card for socials; and venue settings that finally save. Own your room.

StageOwn's front door grew up. The homepage now leads with what we actually are — the audience ownership platform for live music — and names the problem out loud: every sold-out room is leaking its most valuable asset. New four-beat walkthrough of the loop (create → deploy → run the night → wake up owning the room), a clearer artist/venue co-capture story, and 'Own the Room' language carried across the site and social cards. First real cohort numbers land here after this weekend's three-night run.

Show night gets its finishing touches. Every show now has a Poster page — a print-perfect QR poster (venue, artist name, drawing call-out) that prints as exactly one clean page for the merch table, bar, and door. Show Night gained a Share Recap button that renders a branded, Instagram-ready recap image (your fan count in big gold type) right in the browser. Drawing winner reveals now fire gold confetti on both the Command Center and the Stage Screen — frame-rate tuned for venue TVs and respectful of reduced-motion settings. Also shipped: a branded social share card for every stageown.com link, and demo mode no longer pesters the live APIs.

The biggest release since launch. Every show now has a Show Night mode — a live command center showing fan opt-ins as they scan, merch orders as they land (fulfill from your phone at the table), live poll results, and a one-tap prize drawing that picks a random winner from everyone who scanned. Paired with it: the Stage Screen, a big-type display for the venue TV with a giant scannable QR + live fan counter, live poll mode, and a synced winner reveal — pick the winner on your phone, and the name lands on the big screen. The in-app Help & Docs section was also rebuilt with 35+ articles covering setup, show night, merch fulfillment, reports, and troubleshooting.

StageOwn officially announced today. We're opening applications for our founding cohort — 15 musicians and 5 venues, hand-selected. Founding cohort members get full access free for life in exchange for feedback that shapes the product. Pricing updated across artist and venue plans. Competitor comparison table added to both marketing pages. Real scannable QR code now live on the /for-artists demo section.

Artist preview shows 3,000+ fans captured and 12 shows live on platform. Venue preview shows 2,841 patron records built and 50+ cities tracked. These starting figures are illustrative placeholders meant to showcase the platform's look and feel ahead of our founding cohort going live — not real production data. As real artists and venues onboard, these numbers will be replaced with live figures and tracked here going forward.
