How do fans opt in?
Each show gets a unique QR code. Fans scan it at the venue and enter their name, email, and phone. You get the full list in your dashboard the next morning.
How do I create a new show?
Go to My Shows → New Show. Fill in the venue, date, and city. Your QR code is generated instantly and ready to print.
Can I download my fan list?
Yes — open any show and click the CSV export button above the fan table. It includes name, email, phone, city, zip, and opt-in time.
What is the poll feature?
You can add a question fans answer when they opt in — great for setlist votes or merch preferences. Answers appear in the fan table.
How do I go live with real fans?
Set NEXT_PUBLIC_DEMO_MODE=false in your environment variables and deploy. All QR codes will capture real fan data into your database.
